Ed (in warranty) did a fantastic job of taking care of the infrastructure with a sense of urgency and displayed a very high level of experience. It was honest work at a fair price as the quality exceeds the r.i. for the Tesla V2 Wall charger, I will be reaching out again very soon.

Update: I had a second visit with Ed (in warranty) and once again, I have experienced nothing, but professionalism, communication, as he operated with a high level of effectiveness, while maintaining an equilibrium of efficiency. Ed's work is the byproduct of having substantial training, great mentorship, and integrity.

The five star rating is for one specific Electrician, Yassel Bauza. He did an incredible job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking and doesn’t cut corners. The company had previously sent three other electricians in two separate occasions for the same issue and they had no idea what they were doing. They just replaced the breaker and told me it was fixed. I had to call back and specifically request Yassel. I highly recommend him. He found the problem very quickly, fixed the issue and set up a follow up to assure a permanent fix. In Charge Electric is lucky to have him.
